owner and operator of power generation and energy delivery
assets. Red Rock is an experienced management team with
a track record of resounding successes in its prior business
entities. Selectively partnered with US and overseas private
equity energy funds, Red Rock is rapidly becoming a major
player within its markets. Red
Rock's acquisition activities are concentrated on purchasing
medium to large-scale power plants currently being divested
by various utilities, independent power producers and
financial institutions. Red Rock's development activities
include building, owning and operating wind energy facilities.

and execute energy asset transaction opportunities with
significant value creation potential. Utilizing a strategy
of active development and acquisitions, Red Rock is
