a high efficiency combined cycle project in the Bronx
with an expected commercial operations date of 4Q2006.

Red Rock is in the process of
finalizing co-development agreements with several Canadian
wind developers to expand its wind portfolio.
As part of its wind developments efforts,
Red Rock is in the process of acquiring easements and
land for wind power projects in the New England and
New York markets that have set aggressive renewable
energy portfolio standards.
